- Coweta - beat Edison 3-1 (25-14, 25-23, 19-25, 25-20) in regional final - Tigers back in the state tournament for the first time since 2010
- Deer Creek - beat Duncan 3-0 (25-14, 25-12, 25-6) in regional final - Antlers lost to Victory Christian in the first round of last year's state tournament
- Elgin - beat Carl Albert 3-0 (25-22, 25-8, 25-15) in regional final - Elgin last won a title in 2012.
- Lawton Eisenhower - beat Southeast 3-1 (25-20, 25-18, 21-25, 25-21) in regional final - Eagles headed to their first-ever state tournament.
- Heritage Hall - beat Guymon 3-0 (25-9, 25-10, 25-9) in regional final - Last year's state championship was Heritage Hall's first since 2008.
